There are several methods to receive support from ACP for your ThinManager products.

  • Phone - Customers with Comprehensive Support can call the Tech Support line to discuss issues with a Support technician Monday through Friday, 8:30 am. to 5:30 pm. (EST). Please have your Comprehensive Support number ready when you call for support at (678) 990-0945 x 4.

  • E- mail - Customers without Comprehensive Support can e-mail Tech Support at support@thinmanager.com. You should receive a reply within one business day.
  • Manuals - ThinManager manuals are available in *.pdf format in the Introductory section of Tech Notes. Click here for a link to the downloadable manuals.
  • Tech Notes - The ThinManager web site has over 70 Tech Notes covering topics such as installation, licensing, configuration, and troubleshooting. Tech Notes can be found by clicking this link to Tech Notes.
  • White Papers - ACP has a number of white papers covering architecture, costs, deployment, along with brochures and other materials. Click here for a link to the white papers.
  • Newsletter Articles - ACP has a monthly newsletter with articles covering a wide range of topics. Click here for a link to the newsletter archives.

Additional Support issues include

  • License Activation - Licenses can be activated by selecting the License Activation link. Instructions on licenses are available on the ThinManager Licensing page in the Tech Notes.
  • Training - ACP usually holds quarterly training classes. These are announced on the Events page.

  • RMAs (Returned Merchandise Authorization - Any merchandise returns need to be approved by faxing the RMA form to (678) 990-0951.
