How to Manage My ThinManager Server
- To Manage an existing Licensed ThinManager Server, select Manage from the Menu.
- From the dropdown list select Add Licensed ThinManager Server.
- Fill in the Description for the Machine you are adding and click Finish.
- Take the string of characters presented after completion and input this into ThinManager.
- After doing so, your ThinManager Server is linked to the Website and you can go to Manage > Manage Machines to manage and maintain it.
How to Manage a Terminal Server or Workstation
- To Manage a Terminal Server or Workstation, select Manage from the Menu.
- From the dropdown list select Add Term Server/Workstation.
- Review the price of the machine per month.
- IF YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE apply it here by inputting the code into the Discount Code Field.
- The price should update automatically if the code is valid. Otherwise click Calculate.
- Fill in the Description for the Machine you are adding and click Finish.
- Take the string of characters presented after completion and input this into the Portal Service.
- After doing so, your Machine is linked to the Website and you can go to Manage >
Manage Machines to manage and maintain it.
How to Create a Subscription
- To Create a Subscription, select Manage from the Menu.
- From the dropdown list select Add Subscription Service.
- Review the price per terminal per month.
- IF YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE apply it here by inputting the code into the Discount Code Field. The price should update automatically if the code is valid. Otherwise click Calculate.
- To get a cost per month estimate of the Subscription, fill in the Num Terminals field and click Calculate.
- Fill in the Description for the Machine you are adding and click Finish.
- Take the string of characters presented after completion and input this into ThinManager.
- After doing so, your Machine is linked to the Website and you can go to Manage >
Manage Machines to manage and maintain it.
Edit Existing Machines
- To Apply a discount code to an existing machine or change it's description, either click Info in the top right, or the Account menu item, followed by Info.
- In the Window select Machine Info.
- Input a discount code into the Discount Code field and click Show Price. Afterwards Click Submit.
- To change the description, modify the Description field and click Update Desc.
