Since version 2.5 ThinManager administrators have not only been able to see the status of all connected Thin Clients but have also been able to actually see the screen of the Thin Client. While most other client shadow options only show the session, ACP's shadowing presents exactly the desktop that the user sees. With the proper settings, the administrator can even take over operation of the Thin Client from any location.
The shadowed session will appear in the Details pane of the ThinManager interface, as shown below:

If the "Shadow scale to Windows" option box is checked the user's screen will be scaled to fit the Details pane of ThinManager. If this value is unchecked the session will be viewed life-sized, which may require the use of scroll bars to view portions of the screen.
ThinManager 2.6 brings support for WinTMC, ACP's Windows based Thin Client. Once WinTMC is running on a PC the PC functions exactly as a Thin Client and can be shadowed from within ThinManager. This shadowing is possible even if the PC is not running the WinTMC client.
ThinManager 2.6 also added the ability to pick a Terminal Server from the tree and start a session in either the Details pane or as a full screen on the administrator's desktop. This allows full control of any server as if the administrator was sitting at the operator's console.
