Windows 2000/2003 | Windows NT 4.0
Upgrading from a previous version of ThinManager to ThinManager 3.2 is a simple matter on the Windows 2000/2003 platform. You do not need to uninstall the previous version of ThinManager, but can install it on top of the existing version.

Upgrading a ThinManager 2.3.1 to version 3.2 is a little trickier on the Windows NT 4.0 platform. A Microsoft program, Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) needs to be run and installed on the Windows NT 4.0 machine before it will accept the changes of ThinManager 3.2.
Note: Failure to run the WMI program can cause the deletion of licenses!

Microsoft Windows Management Instrumentation Installation Wizard
Download the WMINT4.EXE from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&
FamilyID=C174CFB1-EF67-471D-9277-4C2B1014A31E from the link.
Install WMINT4.EXE using Add/Remove Programs.
Reboot the machine when requested.
Install ThinManager 3.2 using Add/Remove Programs. You do not need to uninstall older ThinManagers.
The computer is now upgraded and ready.
